From the prototype to the final piece
From studying the motorcycle to the OEM analysis: how a DBK product is born
All our products initially begin with a meticulous observation of the motorcycle, its spaces, and geometries. After this first phase, the OEM part is disassembled, analyzed, and studied in its characteristics.
3D Design
Development and printing of the first prototype
The smallest legal license plate for motorcycles varies by country, but it is essential to comply with local regulations to avoid penalties. Knowing these standards can help you choose a license plate holder that is both stylish and legal.
First test
Analysis, corrections, and refinement
Once a first 3D prototype is created, it is mounted on the motorcycle to study its dimensions, design, and to analyze any flaws for further improvement.
This is one of the most important phases, where the entire team works in unison to create the best possible product.
During this phase, the product is tested in all its characteristics, and if necessary, the design and geometry are revised.
If modifications are made, a new test is conducted to verify the product with the updated adjustments.
